On a quest to redefine flavor boundaries, 56 Brewing melded the YCHS hop blend cryo pop and Omega Yeasts' cosmic punch. The result? A heavy hitting beer with maximum flavor and aroma, featuring notes of grapefruit, peach, pineapple, and melon.
Our laboratory escapade began with breaking out the beakers and firing up the smoke machine. Illuminating the swirling smoke with an LED light panel, we conjured up a scene straight from the lair of a mad scientist. Because when it comes to crafting extraordinary brews, why not embrace the brilliance of a flavor laboratory that's as bold as the concoctions it produces?
